A few years ago, someone asked Malora if she knew “her why.” – why she

chose this profession of service for McKinney-Vento students and families

and why she continues today. Her response:

I want to offer a CONTRIBUTION to make this world a better place.

I continue to do this because of the students and families I have served for more than 30 years. They have taught me so much more than I could have ever imagined. To them, I am forever grateful for being given the ability to create CONNECTIONS with them.

I created Collective Concepts to provide COLLABORATION and support other professionals and organizations to live out their "whys".

💟

 I look forward to supporting other professionals and organizations as they CREATE more "why nots". Together, we can strengthen existing programs or create new ones to support and nurture our most precious resource on this planet, human beings.
